Adult Protection Multidisciplinary Team Toolkit
A compilation of essential resources, templates, and worksheets to assist the operation of adult protection multidisciplinary teams (MDTs). The MDT Toolkit was originally released in September 2024, but has been revised and re-released effective August 2026 to reflect the enactment of Session Law 2025-23, which authorizes counties to form Statutory Case Review MDTs under G.S. 108A-118.2 (for more information, see the blog post on Statutory Case Review MDTs).
